In 2014, I co founded The Change School — a school for self-directed learning, leadership and transformation. As Chief Learning Designer, I’ve created 40+ immersive learning journeys, retreats, bespoke corporate trainings and online programs to support 1000+ Alumni (aka ‘humans of change’) cultivate the self-awareness, growth mindset, entrepreneurial grit and problem-solving skills that are essential for success in today’s world o work and constantly changing context. These programs have been implemented through HR and Talent Development partners within Southeast Asian multinational companies (such as P&G, Nestle, and Danone); co working communities (such as We Work and Impact HUB), and; Singapore’s Workforce Development Authority (WDA).
